Drop timing, delivery, holds and the small practical things that matter when every piece is made by hand.

Are all pieces one-of-one?+

Most drop pieces are one-of-one and handmade in small batches. If a piece sells out, it will stay visible with an option to request something similar so we can contact you about a future make.

How do cart holds work during a drop?+

To keep the drop fair, pieces are held in your cart for 3 minutes while you complete checkout. If checkout is not completed in that time, the piece is released for someone else to purchase.

When will my order ship?+

Shipping is organised within 3-5 business days of ordering. We ship with DHL, and delivery can take up to 14 days depending on destination and customs. Once your piece is on the way, tracking details will be sent by email where available.

What are the delivery options?+

Local delivery is free. International shipping is a flat AUD 45 and is added at checkout. If you are visiting Bali within 30 days, we can hold your order and deliver it when you arrive.

Can you hold my order until I arrive in Bali?+

Yes. Choose the visitor hold option at checkout if you are arriving within 30 days. We will hold the piece and organise delivery when you arrive. Orders placed this way are final, so please check your arrival details carefully.

What materials do you use?+

We work mainly in .925 sterling silver with turquoise, pearl, shell and selected stones. Each piece is shaped, set and finished by hand, so small variations are part of the work.

Do you take custom orders?+

Custom and similar-piece requests are welcome. Use the contact form or request-similar button on a sold piece and we will get in touch when we can make something close in spirit.

Can I return or refund a piece?+

Because pieces are handmade, limited and often one-of-one, orders are final unless an item arrives faulty or incorrect. Please contact us straight away if something is wrong with your order.
