By accessing and using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before making any purchase or using our services.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Melted and Made creates and sells limited jewellery pieces, including one-of-one and small-batch designs.

Prices, collections, and availability may vary depending on the piece, materials, and release.

Each product page aims to describe the item accurately, including materials, imagery, dimensions where available, and availability.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

Melted and Made has attempted to secure local Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) payment acceptance, but this payment facility is not currently available to us.

Payments are therefore processed in AUD through PayPal or any additional payment options shown at checkout.

Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

Melted and Made reserves the right to cancel or refund an order in case of payment failure, stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped from our fulfilment location in Bali.

Shipping is organised within 3-5 business days of confirmed payment.

Shipping is with DHL and delivery can take up to 14 days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details by email where available.

Melted and Made is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are assessed case by case and must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with any original packaging.

Jewellery, custom-made pieces, and earrings may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or design restrictions.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

PRODUCT POLICY

Melted and Made pieces may include natural stones, pearls, shells, and handmade silverwork.

Small variations, marks, asymmetry, and natural inclusions are part of the character of handmade jewellery and are not considered faults.

We reserve the right to remove, update, or correct listings where details, stock, or pricing require adjustment.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including logos, text, photos, product names, and visuals, is the property of Melted and Made or its respective partners.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us.

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

DISCLAIMER

Melted and Made is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from courier delays, customs processing, incorrect customer information, or product misuse.

We strive to ensure all listings and product details are accurate but cannot guarantee complete error-free content.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any disputes shall be settled under Indonesian jurisdiction.

TRADEMARK NOTICE

Melted and Made is a brand name used in commerce, online platforms, and marketing materials.

Any unauthorized use, registration, reproduction, or claim of ownership of the Melted and Made name, logo, or brand assets is strictly prohibited.
